以下是ISSO得回复，但是第二段不太明白，哪位牛人帮忙看一下。
“
If, for example, you use 3 months of OPT this summer, then when you are
completing your program you are eligible for 9 months of OPT. During the
period you are authorized, you are allowed a total of 90 days spent
unemployed.
Post-completion OPT can be applied for up through the end of the 60-day
grace period following completion of a program.
”

pre-completion opt,你也可能不能按时拿到EAD卡。
第二句话的意思是，你不申请pre-completion opt, 你毕业后还有60天的grace period
,你可以在毕业后到60天之前申请opt,当然，也跟你的intern没有关系了。

如果暂时没有EAD卡，可不可以先工作？
或者，如果不要工资,不申请OPT的话身份合法吗？

很多ms 也给cpt的

初毕业的话，OPT最晚的生效时间是7月初。。。
