水电什么赔偿了什么受骗等等一些琐事.
校外的房子不太好找,尤其是在曼哈顿.而且要和房东打
交道,很烦,有的房子你还要付给租房代理人钱,这笔钱很多
有一年房租的15%以上.
建议刚出来用哥大的housing,可以先选个unfurnished studio,
大概550-650/month,很便宜,如果你不介意和别人share,可以选
share的,会更便宜. | w****t

Definitely you should apply housing through UAH. CU housing is the best you
can find in the neighorhood. The new students have the priority, guo le zhe
chun jiu mei na ge dian le.
My suggestion is to apply for furnished one, unless you do not need furniture.
Thinking of moveing someday...BTW, furnished is not necessarily expensive
than unfurnitured one.
