Jets Owner Woody Johnson Would Rather Romney Win Than His Football Team

Judging by that 34-0 beatdown at the hands of the 49ers yesterday and facing
a date with the unbeaten Texans next Monday, a Mitt Romney victory is much
more likely than a Jets win any time soon. This is sure to go over well with
beleaguered Jets fans.
Jets owner Woody Johnson detailed his priorities today in an interview
with Bloomberg.
Asked whether he would rather the Jets have a winning season in 2012 or
Mitt Romney, the Republican presidential candidate that Johnson has backed,
take the White House in November, Johnson replied that he would “put
country first” and choose a Romney victory.
He must be thrilled that his bedraggled quarterback is running around with
Obama sycophant Eva Longoria. | w********c
