He did 2 closing for my Uncle without problem, and I got his info from my
Uncle.
My comment about this firm:
- The deal went fine, no particular complaints about him.
- Phone calls and questions are answered by staffs. I think the closing day
was the first time I talked to him.
- Did not give much detail instruction about the process, it was the first
time I bought house, and I got most of the information from my realtor agent
.
- The feeling is that he only reviews the document right before the closing.
Not much complaint as it was $800 package. I do not expect the lawyer would
put too much time in it. Hopefully, a staff checks the document before him.
I only bought house once in my life, and there wasn't any problem. I won't
judge if he is good or no good if there are complicated situation, and there
is no comparison as I never met another one. |

His wife, working as an RE assistant in his firm, helped us to cut the house
price 5% down in both cases.
I do not have any complaints for his RE service at all. |
