标 题: B2去加拿大来回一趟会有新的I94吗？

B2签证年底到期，
现在人在美国快满180天了，
能不能去一趟加拿大再回来，
这样会不会有新的I94和180天有效期？
对以后会不会有影响？谢谢！

2. 180 days is the max, but it does not mean you are allowed to stay for 180
days for every visits. How long you can legally stay in US depending on the
stamps of the office put on your I-94... They can stamp for 90 days, maybe
even shorter.
3. If they suspect you for the purpose of your reason in US, they can reject
you from entering after you went to Canada. In general, they may ask you to
show when you are going to leave US. |

- If you left US over 30 days, it will be a new admission for sure.
- If less than 30 days, it may be a "re-enter". I think it may depend on if
you returned I-94 when you exit. Not too sure about this part.
- The officer is not a nut. If you try to do this for extend your stay, you
got good chance to be denied for entry as mentioned in CBP website. |

就不收i94，你要是开车入境加拿大就不清楚了。 |
