我们是新手，不大懂行，请问他们帮付的那些fee大概值几个钱？
The current 30yr rate is 3.875% and 3.125% for the 15yr. The rate would be
.125% higher if the home is a townhome and the legal description is that of
a condo.
We waive our lender fees (processing/underwriting fee) and pay the following
costs. You would just be responsible for the 3rd Party fees (title &
county/state fees).
· Appraisal
· Credit Report
· Flood Cert
· Tax service Fee | p******y

time delivery of these services. If not, it may trigger "Time of the Essence
" clause in your contract. |
