保险是半保，保别人不保自己。听人说uninsured motorist 能保 hit and run ，但是
保险公司说在新泽西hit and run是不能被uninsured motorist covered。
是这样吗？hit and run就只能自认倒霉吗？ |

If it is a small damage, it is better off to eat the cost instead to claim
to the insurance company. Your insurance cost may go up a lot for having a
claim even it is not your fault.
I think the uninsured coverage is mainly about medical thing. As the webpage
you sent, it seems NJ requires a 5k property coverage which it makes sense
for covering this situation. I guess you really have to dig into your policy
, and do a lot of research. |

hit and run。难道同一保险公司在不同州的政策不一样吗？
另外，有的州有管理保险公司的机构，新泽西有吗？
找律师咨询一下是不是比较直接有效？律师咨询怎么收费呢？
