发帖数: 781 | 2 If I were you, I will disassamble all pumps, tubes and parts, then replace
them with new tubes, new parts, leave pumps there if they works well.
Next step after re assambling, manually calibrate the flow rate with water,
MeCN or MeOH, with or without C18 column, and verify the pressure
Check the UV detector to see if the light bubble still works well or replace
it with new light bubble
The reparing costs are very expensive and may allow you to buy a new HPLC
system if you ask experts to do it, So do it by your self

发帖数: 781 | 5 sometime, it is not necessary to keep 4 pumps, most of time (>95%), 2 pumps
(A & B ) are enough, so check 4 pumps and check valve, keep 2 good condition
pumps and tubings in system and remove the other tubings. then make system simple and easy to use |
