business deal it certainly costs a lot more for I can pay for.
I hope there is a QuickFIX expert out there can help me put a program
together to access and download market data (No order processing) from a new
exchange. I have the specs from the exchange which I can give it to you
quickly, and I can provide you environment in Amazon EC2 to work on it. This
program can be developed in C++/JAVA/C# or else which way you feel
comfortable and agreed upon.
However, I can only pay $1000 for this for now as we are at the starting up.
However, I don't mind sharing with you my other thoughts and ideas about
what we know on the business side.
