不过网上似乎有不少不好的评价，比如说寄了支票不入账，之后一直拖到foreclosure
。 不知道真假，大家有经验吗？ | y****3

I was told by my mortgage broker that my loan will be sold to PHH, guess
they do lending as well? Or they will resell my loan again?

honestly, it matters little to you. many mtgs get transferred multiple times
, and end up in
the hands of fannies.

发帖数: 1354 | 5 Have you been using them long? Noticed any escrow amount constantly go up?
There seems to be a lot of bad reviews online about phh, including a lot
about loan modifications, which I don't care. But the rest sounds a bit
scary, such as
1. do not process (or misplace) payments sent in by checks and consequently
ask for absurb amount of money to make the account current
2. once one or two payments were not received (or misplaced by phh itself),
they lock the account so that no further payment is allowed and that lead to
wrongful foreclosure
3. customer service can't be reached, or be put on hold for hours, reps can'
t be understood because they spoke broken english
4. no issue can be resolved through phone calls
5. escrow amount go up every months without insurance or tax going up
I read quite a few websites and these seem to be a recurring theme. As a
comparison, I did look up reviews for Bank of America and Wellsfargo, there
are complains, but far less in amount and in severity.
I actually already closed with the refinance, but seriously considering
canceling the refinancing with them.
