然后每家给律师1000美刀,不知我们这里可否也联合起来找律师,
然后平摊律师费,那也合算.

。反而因为经济不好,short sale和foreclosure房子多了，剩下的房子负担更重了。。。

increased cost, gas, health care, or too many payrolls
new construction of low-income subsidized housing
two new churches in your neighborhood
All these costs are to be shared by property owners, so it has nothing to do
with property price.
It does have something to do with property value, though. Hiring an attorney
is great approach, if you want DIY, read the following.

To know if you are paying fairly or not, you need to compare your ratio of
assessed value to market value against average ratio of your township. If
your ratio is 15% higher or lower than the average ratio, you are not paying
fairly, whereas in the former you get deduction and the latter you get
addition. My township, for instance, has an average ratio of 52.06% for tax
year 2011 (call you township tax assessor/collector office to find out. It
is public information). So if your property's assessed value to market
value is greater than 67.06%, you may then have a case to appeal (Market
value is often defined as similar property sold in last 6 months in your
area and it has nothing to do with property purchase price). Remember April
fools day is the deadline for appeal. Filing fee is $25 if your property
worth $150K to $500K and $100 if your property worth $500K to $1M.

thing is it is what it is. NJ has 31 Abbott school districts which suck up
about 40% state aid, the rest few hundreds schools split the rest. You
need to work your a** off to raise your kids and as well as others'. |
