发帖数: 29846 | 1 We have been retained to recruit for a Global Internal Audit Executive for a
$45+ billion, NYSE traded agribusiness and food company with integrated
operations across the world.
Location is the Northeast and relocation will be provided if needed.
The Global Internal Audit Executive will be responsible for audit quality
and consistency, including being subject matter expert in and agent of
continuous improvement of the company's Internal Audit's planning and
execution methodology, report format and writing and ratings. He/she will
manage multiple audit projects, work with business and functional liaisons
and managers to help operate more efficiently as a global team, as well as
provide proactive feedback and advisory services to management.
Essential Qualifications include:
- Eight or more years of full-time experience in auditing, accounting,
business analysis, or program evaluation.
- Extensive knowledge of and skill in applying internal auditing and
accounting principles and practices, and management principles and preferred
business practices.
- Experience managing multiple teams consisting of diversely skilled
resources.
- Experience working in a global environment.
- Big 4 Accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Industry knowledge OR expertise in a relevant specialty (e.g. IT, Trading
, Engineering, etc) a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or
Economics. MBA a plus.
