，proof of address，要用银行的原件，不接受自己打印的。 |

statement as I did. But I asked they to add the branch manager signature
and branch contact info on the bank statement. Is it ok?
BTW, I am in Jersey city where should I go to do this?

，我当时也是这样，不过这样一份非常详尽的bank statement(挺厚的)，需要5块钱。
。。。
也可以用电费单什么的作proof of address嘛
