this May onwards. Please let me know if you are and/or know someone who
is looking for a place to stay starting this May.
This is a very new 2bedroom and 2.5baths townhouse; We purchased and
renovated this entire place in Feb 2010. You will have your own bedroom
with a balcony and a private bathroom. Kitchen, living room, dining
room, loft, etc etc are left to share.
Our house located in Somerset, NJ, near the following:
~10 mins to Rutgers
<10 mins to Great Wall Supermarket
<10 mins to New Brunswick Train Station
~5 min to New Brunswick Park & Ride
~10 mins to Jersey Ave. Train Station
~20 mins to Princeton
Rent is firm at $700, water included, PS&G bill to split.
