2010 (4.2%), and rose sharply to 5.2% in Dec when Ben said that QE2 will go
on and on. it dropped two below 4.8% since but now it is back up to 5% in
Feb. I believe this data is for conforming mortgage. Jumbo conforming should
add another quarter % at least. |
