打算买2 bedroom 的apartment. 希望到城里近，方便(小于45分钟commute)。因为小孩上学还早，学区要求
一般就可以了。治安要好，不然住起来怕怕的。
请大家给推荐几个town吧。我和我先生对NY, NJ都不太熟悉。谢谢
还有，如果大家认识一些好的agent,也请推荐一下。我们第一次买房，什么都还不清楚呢。不知道多久才能找到满意的房子...
我们的预算是30万左右,不要超过40万. |

newport/hoboken is nice. if u don't mind taking bus, u can go further north
to weehawken/edgewater/fort lee.

理想的是commute时间小于45分钟，时间太长还有2个宝宝要带，我会疯掉的

发帖数: 381 | 12 Where in NYC do you work? If it's midtown, there's the Northeast Corridor
Train to take that goes straight into NY Penn. Then, ur 45mins commute is
realistic even for places around Metropark and Metuchen. North Edison is a
good neighborhood with a decent school district oh.

very convenient by bus. Condos are affordable if you don't buy water front.
West New York and Edgewater are good neighborhoods and good commute too. But
most of their condos are high end water front. |

发帖数: 30 | 17 why not consider forest hill in the city? it is still in ny, convenient to
midtown and shopping. school district is good. it is a nice place to live.
you could find a decent size coop/condo there with 2 brds.
as far as nj, weehawken or eagewater seems to be suitable for what you need
too. since you both are young parents and you profession, your income will
signicantly increase in the next couple years.

钟到中城。或者Summit，有一些Town house，Summit本身学区不错，交通也方便，但是
房子便宜的地带环境差一点儿。 |

livingston学区不错，commute可以开车去harrison坐path。condo估计不多，也不便宜，30万的single family house恐怕还是有的。 |
