have a quick question that I would like to ask for help: is it necessary to
have two cars for two persons to live in NJ? My husband has a car now, so
the question is really whether I need a car to live there independently. I
feel the public transportation system there is not very good, so without a
car, I may not be able to go anywhere if my husband is at his work.
