plos biology是月刊，而nn是半月刊。感觉accaptance rate差别不大。

拿几个R01,2010,还是11年又拿到了R01.
我现在的老板没有R01,没有几篇积分高的文章，照样是个杂志的主编，照样是他们专业一个society的头啊。
文章只是whole package里的一个部分而已。
