，安静，节奏慢，中部人民也都普遍很淳朴。
不论找学校还是房子，都属林肯南部比较好。建议lz在南边找找。
27th & vine 附近有3个oriental小店。品种肯定不如东海岸的丰富，蔬菜倒还算是新
鲜。

If vegitables are OK, then I feel much better. I do not expect seafood to
be anywhere close to the east coast.
Besides rent.com and craigslist, is there any local resource to find housing
?

还有卖车啥的，你可以去拿一本看看。
