The annual West Hollywood Halloween Costume Carnaval is the Halloween party to
end all Halloween parties. Santa Monica Boulevard is closed (between La
Cienega and Doheny Boulevards) to accommodate around 350,000 revellers in
outrageous Halloween costumes.
The event is the largest Halloween street party in the US. As well as the huge
