i*****l 发帖数: 209	6 yeah. comparatively. i took San Franscisco as reference. but you are right, western coast is cheaper then eastern. i consulted couple of agents here around LA, they urged me to ask the price later. right now, the price is $670~$720. might be cheaper later in this year.
