NJU suggested two guys from NJU to be the header but Education Ministry
rejected the suggestions because they are NOT "Yuan Shi".
I guess that NJU could want a powerful header.

latency for the propandagation of academic repution, the reputation of NJU has
been rising back, which in turn covers a lot of problems with today's NJU.
