Yes, he is the greatest QB of all time. I will explain 4 points:
1. How do you tell a top tier QB is better than another top tier QB.

Belichick’s system. Actually, Belichick derailed Brady’s system by signing
Moss. Pats had the worst playoff losses when they had Moss.

Payton Manning did a lot of short pass and can release the ball as fast as
TB if not fastest.
Also, I think Josh Mcdaniel is a very good OC. TB has better performance
when he's the OC. | s*********y
