发帖数: 20256 | 1 上星期，家前面停车场倒车的时候，碰了邻居的大众新车的车头，碰得很轻。她出来看
过车，说没有问题。我们车比较重，碰的地方是车尾塑料的护栏。就后面有一些很小的
dent。我特意看了他车的前面
进气的护栏，没发现明显的痕迹。当时觉得是奇迹。
今天邻居来说他去洗车的时候发现那个VW的logo，凹进去了。他说可以和我到Dealer那
里问问怎么修。我看上去估计是我们撞得，因为那个位置一般不容易碰到，高度刚好和
我们车的Dent差不多，而且邻居也不像骗人的人。但是都一个星期了，不知道保险还能
认么。这种情况应该私了么？他那新车，要是前面整个进气的护栏都要换，那估计都得
上千了。每天都要见面的邻居，不想和他赖，毕竟是我们的错，把他2的新车碰了，估
计他自己也很不爽。 |

发帖数: 1650 | 4 MI is a "no fault" state. SO your 邻居 should recover the damage from his/
her own insurance company if he/she bought full insurance. There is no
reason for you to get involved in the reparing of the vehicle even if it is
your fault.
Here is a short summary of the "no fault" insurance:
Michigan's "No Fault" statute was designed to limit litigation, by shifting
the risk of certain losses from automobile accidents to the owner of the
vehicle. For example, beyond Michigan's "mini-tort" law, you are responsible
to insure your own vehicle and its contents against damage in an accident.
If you choose not to insure your vehicle for collision damage, even if you
are 100% innocent of blame in an accident, if the other driver is properly
insured your ability to recover from the other driver for property damage is
limited to a few hundred dollars under the mini-tort statute, MCL 500.3135(
3)(e). (This is why the statute is called a "No Fault" statute – you are
responsible for certain costs regardless of who is at fault.) |

You DO NOT need to do anything in this case. It is the other car owner's
resposibity to make calim.
You need to make a claim if you have full insuarnce AND your car is damaged,
so you can recover the repair cost (or your insuance company will repair it
for you).

车都比较新，估计都是full的。 |
