tickets to their fans. Any left over allocated tickets must be paid for by
the schools.
To make things worse, the tickets allocated to the schools are full price
tickets. For bowls that don't sell out, many fans will buy cheap discounted
tickets from other sources instead of buying the full price tickets from
their schools.
