But (don't take it offensively) I don't know if anybody has the same doubt
that Urban is no longer the same person when he won 2 NCs. I mean the health
issue seems to be clinching on the back of his mind since the heart attack
back in 2009 and negatively impacted the motivation and energy level he used
to bring to work as a head coach. By the time he left Florida, I believe
many people could see that he was not really making the same effort in what
he was doing as before, in terms of both coaching and recruiting.
But after all, even with all these doubts, Urban is, by no means, a bad hire
. UM is still an outstanding coach who, I believe, can bring OSU up to the
level where they can again look down to the rest of the B10 conference. | b**j

long as he can recruit, with decent OC/DCs i think he can easily win the big
ten and even beat SEC a couple of times. i actually like that his OC/DC
picks are all from SEC schools lower positions (i.e. LB coach, OL coach etc)
. these guys have the motivation to succeed much more than meyer
