１） 关于AD： I don't like him, but he is doing whatever he can to avoid
sever punishments ( lack of institutional control ---> death penalty).
Remember，nothing is bigger than the program, not coach, not the players.
Don't call his head, not until this is over.
2) 关于violations: At this time, all marginal activities happening
everywhere will be reported as violations here. Don't be surprised and get
use to it. But don't feel we are the dirtier one, we are just in the
spotlight.
You look at the team from the north, rumor has it their coaches ( current
and previous ones) and players have been doing all kinds of funny stuff but
their fans are pointing fingers like they are innocent. That's normal and
that's life.
That's how NCAA works, take it and live with it, but don't fall in the trap.
3) 关于他密球迷落井下石：
有些同修觉得我盖球迷这两年对他密比较nice, 所以对有些他密球迷的行为感到不解，
不满。
其实至少部分我盖球迷的nice也并不那么纯洁。主要是他密这些年太掺了，觉得再打落
水狗就没意思了，所以所谓的nice 部分他密球迷可能觉得是另一种形式的攻击而已。
想通了这一层，他密球迷的行为其实完全合理,决不是什么落井下石。如果我盖连输他
密三年with overall losing record, 我保证他密球迷也会nice起来。

I guarantee it. At least 金石头 would be nice then.
As for 3 year losing record, if we get hit for lack of institutional control
