坏处: 没有JH那么战绩闪耀。也没有JH那么年轻。找人怎样现在还不好说。

JH is the #1 fit for sure.
I think Hoke is still a good hire, he can recruit,particularly in mid west, Michigan and Ohio. He has done pretty good job so far, but He needs some good
assistants to help him. I don't mind to go back to pro style, as i said before i like smash mouth football. RR's team is soft. and further, Hoke likes to stay in Michigan. Seriously, i am holding my breath and pray that he can succeed, because if he does, he's not going anywhere. We will have another legendary coach. if he failed, it may be time for JH to come back 4-5 years later.

相比之下，我更喜欢NW那个年轻人，谁知道“我本将心照明月，奈何明月照沟渠”

think about themselves. JH's dream is always NFL, can't blame him. BH was
one of the good recruiter when he was the DL coach at Michigan, i am not
worried about recruits. He should save some spots for next year, no matter
how hard he works now, this class is not going to be good overall. Ohio has
huge talent next year, and tOSU has not many scholly next year, so we have
good chance in the next class.

sure. he has not done too much in big ten. The only thing he has advantage
is he is young. |
