之间只能有1个进BCS at large. 或者说，那么LSU/OSU/Stanford之间只能有2个进BCS

might choose to take a second non-AQ team if that team is more attractive (
in terms of ticket sales and TV revenues) than the other eligible teams
remaining.
Last year, #6 Boise State was selected over #11 Virginia Tech (the only team
eligible for an at-large spot that didn't get one). |

三四并不保证的（不是自然的 automatic qualification)
需要还有坑的情况下， 而且还需要所在赛区冠军不参加NCG
也就是三四名只比at-large领先一个身段（有机会保送）
但不是保证进
