Requirements:
Brain
Knowledge of NCAA football (plays, rules and regulations)
Must not be hard headed (willing to make changes where things are failing)
Must have ability to come up with creative, non predictable plays (running
HB Dive on every 1st and 10 does not qualify)
Must have ability to scrutinize and utilize the entire offensive roster,
including the LOADS of new talent that comes in each season
Must have the willingness to pass the ball more than 15 yards
Must be willing to call appropriate plays depending on personnel in the game
(calling an option with a pocket passing QB DOES NOT work) |
