big ten just want, or should i say, wanted, texas only, whereas
texas has a few schools tagging along.
perhaps now big ten and texas can agree on just bringing in
only an extra baggage, texas am.

geographically.
ND is another one.
I think both schools are the "hr additions" that Gorden Gee mentioned in his
email.
The other school that fit big 10 well is Rutgers.

友意见显然在决策工程中不是很重要，最起码不是确定性因素。
