Miami Dolphins General Manager Jeff Ireland issued a public apology to
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant on Tuesday in response to Bryant's
recent revelation that a "high-level executive" from an NFL team asked him
during a pre-draft interview if his mother was a prostitute.

Why can't you tell your family your mom's real job?
Ireland did use poor judgment and acted inappropriately in this
situation. He actually should have already known the answers to these
questions and probably did.
If some interviewer asks you this question out of blue, then it's
clearly outrageous and discrimanry. But if the interviewer has bas

在大学里已经是成功者，就说明人家是强者。如果他妈的过去真的那么重要，《Blind
Side》的故事就没有了。海豚的GM显然问了愚蠢的问题，没有什么可辩解的，更谈不上

好几个M去给candidate做各种背景调查，医疗报告，要查出这个事情来应该不太难。不

1. ireland事先应该知道答案，因为NFL作背景调查很舍得花钱的
2. Dez 的妈妈15岁生的 Dez，曾经因为贩毒入狱，所以NFL问这个问题也不是太不靠谱
3. 对于一个可能花很大一笔钱的投资，NFL的GM问这样的问题也不是太过分，但是好像
ireland 问问题的方式不对。
4. 由于前一阵子，某个QB（不记得名字了），由于童年有被性侵犯的经历，但是一直
没有告诉别人，后来自己crash了，当时媒体由于不知道他的故事，一致批判他。好像
最近才知道他的事情。所以有前车之鉴，NFL的队伍可能也会关心，Dez 童年成长的环
境对他是不是有什么影响。
5. ireland 想看看 Dez 被激怒的有什么反应。因为在球场上可能对方的球员也会因为
这个挑衅。
