1) Shumpert and JR will be CRUCIAL in terms of perimeter D and guarding KD.
If Lebron exerts too much energy trying to stop KD, he won't be as effective
. 2) Kyrie must OUTPLAY Curry- i'm confident he can do this. 3) TT has to
continue to out-rebound and dominate the glass. He also has to lock-in on
defense against KD. 4) Frye, Deron, Korver, and Jefferson must shoot and
make over 35% of their threes. Dahntay Jones and Derrick Williams must hold
their own for limited minutes against the Warriors bench.

KD's existence becomes such a huge conundrum, but at the same time, as
ludicrious as it sounds, I would rather have the warriors offense ran on an
unlimited number of KD one on ones. It throws their entire offense out of
rhythm.

This is what i've been thinking. When KD is ball dominant and ISOs, the
Curry and Klay usually disappear. If KD is the only one scoring, the Cavs
can blow them out of the water.

Your number 4 is my biggest concern. Well maybe concern isn't the right word
. But if those role players shoot well, we've got it. I've said it before
but I think Korver is going to have a Ray Allen style 3 pointer to tie or
win a game this finals.

One thing I noticed in the Boston series - Boston HAD to send multiple
people at Thompson to prevent offensive rebounds. They had very little
transition points and very few possessions where the Cavs D wasn't set.
This will be one of the many layers of the Finals.
If TT can get offensive boards, it will force Warriors to send multiple
people his way, which should reduce their transition game - which is huge
for them.

TT and Kev need to score more then they ever have... They wont focus on
lebron and ky so much if this happens.

than Bron.

Kyrie can try but Klay is the type of shooter that can makes shots even if
there's a hand in his face. Now you put a small Kyrie to defend him and
chase him and that's an issue.

To be completely real, we have nobody to limit Durant. He's going to feast.
We need to shutdown Curry and Klay. And keep their bench from getting easy
ass buckets. We can win but everything has to go our way lol.

Totally agree. Durant needs to play iso ball. That'll prevent them from
playing their brand of basketball and piss off his teammates.

I think if GS can get a 2-0 lead in the series it will be a lot tougher on
the Cavs. I think Durant has a ton of pressure on him to perform since he
took this easy path to the finals and a ring. If we can get a game one and
keep the series close, and keep the pressure on Durant I think we can win.
However if we allow them to get another 2-0,3-1 lead and Durant doesn't have
the pressure on him, he has the ability to put the Cavs away.

The only way we have a chance at winning 4 out of 7 games against the
warriors is if we defend as well as last year. Idk guys. I'm a little
terrified.
