由于去年是nohate主持的，我没有办法接过来开RBA和KBA， 所以重建了一个RBA，改成
daily
league更有趣一点，draft时间初定为下周一晚上 7:00 Pacific Time.

游戏规则：
1）选秀规则：Random Order, Snaking (Standard) Order will be automatically
set 30 minutes prior to draft. Team with first pick of Round 1 will be
last pick of Round 2.
