我找的都有，而且都挺高的，我听说现在refi很多都没有cost，不知道怎么回事。
另外，找broker都怎么找呢？

发帖数: 3350 | 14 no fee no cost就是你什么手续都不出（税保险等除外）。
原理是broker拿的是批发利率，银行给他回扣的，他从回扣里提你付这些费用。
