Goodrick. Pat Metheny also contributed a bit to the book. If you are a
guitarist.. and serious about ur guitar learning.. u gotta get this book.. it
is unlike any other guitar book.. it doesn't quite tell u what to do.. it just
sort of presents you a way or a few ways.. and it is upto you to discover..
even though the book is kinda thin.. but as one of my guitar teachers said..
it will take u years to just get through o | t****d

was planning on moving to LA.. but.. things kept getting pushed back..
hmm.. where do u live? I am in MA.. there is this american school of music
thing.. it basically is a network of teachers.. and thats how I found this two
teacher..
uhmm.. I am mostly trying to study jazz guitar and jazz in general.. I really
see jazz as an almost all encompassing music form.. so if I can learn how to
play jazz guitar.. I can play roc | g*******a

play, and is not what you are playing, it's the curiosity to explore.
i've tried tens of kinds of instrument, the only one i can play
decent is er hu. but hey i didn't care, every night if i'm not
hanging out i'll be pick up something in my living room and play
on it for a couple of hours. and i like to teach, it's a pleasure
to watch others learned something useful from you. the girl i'm
living w/ can play a little drum and bass | a*t

说说自己学音乐的过程和想法吧.
我跟gogo的想法有些象,什么事情都想自己动手做一下,
至于做出来的结果倒并不一定要求特别高,乐趣在这个过程中.
不过学吉他现在已经成为我最重视的一个爱好,希望能学好.
我现在的吉他学习还基本上停留在技术上,这一点正好跟我现在
的吉他老师的教学不谋而合.
我最初的想法是这样的,我们有三个比较趣味相投的朋友
想做点音乐玩玩.但限于每个人的能力,天赋和时间精力,
我们觉得不可能在短期内把每个人的水平提高很多,于是
有了分工的想法.一个人专门提高文学修养,写词为主,
这个哥们本来就是文学青年;另一个乐感比较好,负责
作曲,编曲.我由于历史性的原因,就负责专攻吉他技术.
就是说,我的进几年的目标就是thekid所谓的guitar player,
而不是guitarist. hehe. | t****d

hmm.. does ur teacher ever mention the fake book? the one that is all
handwritten? check out that mick goodrick book.. it is not all about jazz
guitar.. rather it is all about the guitar.. with no particular bent towards
any particular genre.. then.. u can learn jazz by listening, understanding the
theory.. finally, in the end u can put both together.. and make something
unique.. neither of my teachers actually talk | t****d

love music.. and guitar.. and I have things to say and express.. but right
now.. I lack the facilities to do so.. and that is why I play guitar.. and
also to understand the musicians that I listen to.. sort of like studying
English to understand the intricacies of my heroes..because I dont just like
or love their music.. or books.. but I also feel a connection to what they are
saying.. so I would like to know where r they | g*******a

我最早看见吉他是八十年代，那时玩吉他都是院子的小混子，留着鸽子尾，光个
膀子成天混在一起打扑克什么的。我有时候看他们拔了拔了琴，但当时对音乐
无甚兴趣。家里笛子有一大堆，学了学，新年晚会卖弄一下，仅此而已。大部分
时间都在踢球，疯玩，顾不上这些雅兴。而且当时弹吉他是比较流氓的行为。
上初中开始忙着恋爱，天天绕半个大连送小情儿回家，还得提防着被别人堵找挨打。
受台湾某电影影响我哥开始疯狂苦练吉他，是一把55元的
红棉，尼龙弦。我为了在丫头面前显摆也学了几个和弦，看了几本书。
印象深一点儿的是刘老师的一本绿皮的”匹克吉他“。刘老师真是牛逼，手指头
又短又粗也什么都能弹出来。当时大部分书都是古典，阿布啦汉宫，雨滴，卡尔卡西
之类的（ART应该深有体会），但我除了学个爱的罗曼史以外别的都觉得太难。就
这本匹克吉他，教了不少流行歌曲，里面有假行僧什么的，还有一本单沿琨的吉他书，
里面有音乐之声，迟到和童年。所以我比较感兴趣。但也一直没正经玩。到初二我爸一同
事的女儿的
小提琴老师，说他也可以教二胡（文革时逼的），我就弄了把二胡练。

发帖数: 3033 | 8 写得很好，经历丰富，我就一直老实在读书，没这么生动。
gogo回去开音乐工厂的想法我也想过，我也觉得国内的音乐市场有巨大的
开发潜力，硬件方面最好是能搞出自己的设计创个牌子以性价比优势占领
部分市场，我倒是学EE但硬件不通，也不知道这个实现难度有多大，要是
能对效果器什么的设计过程有所了解还可以作番估计。不过这样发财太累
了点，呵呵，可能没这个干劲。
