供这个ip的流量数据，这样就把这个ip给供出来了。所以，如果没有被探子查到，
cable公司不会主动提供数据让人分析的，这样的话，pt还是比较安全的。有不同意见

下电影，因为isp不能通过种子的信息来确定你在下什么电影，除非isp也有间谍会员。

举个简单的例子。我如果问你非owner在netflix上下载电影， 是否违法？ 你肯定说当
然不违法。因为netflix已经付了版权费了。他就可以合法的让大家下载。
那么我再问你如果在一个叫“Metflix”的网站下载电影呢？ 他的网站声称有版权。
所以是否违法， 针对的是提供数据源的。作为最终用户， 我们只要是只下载，断没有
违法的问题。
再举个极端的例子， 假如comcast某天放的电影没有付版税， 是不是表示那天晚上看
了那部电影的都违法了？

没有说用的人违法了吧？
现在下载电影的问题是，下载方也是源。 我们要解决的是这个问题。就是一定要保证
在下载得时候关掉上载。
如果做不到， 也至少要保证50：1的速度关系。
说白了， ISP查的是大流量的上载， 而不是下载。
现在stream的电影那么多，谁能管你大流量的下载？ |

ISP根本就不知道哪些东西或行为是侵犯版权的。
查到了之后通知ISP和司法机关ip。
