标 题: 求助！收到律师信，违反了版权法。

今天收到一封律师信，说去年下载了一部电影，侵犯了他的委托人的权益，要罚$3000
刀，否则就上法庭。请问有谁能帮忙看看，这种事情应该怎么处理？有什么法子少罚点
的？多谢了！ |

redbox租一个1块钱，下载个什么？
下面这个是有名的案子。

A federal jury Thursday found a 32-year-old Minnesota woman guilty of
illegally downloading music from the Internet and fined her $80,000 each --
a total of $1.9 million -- for 24 songs.
Jammie Thomas-Rasset's case was the first such copyright infringement case
to go to trial in the United States, her attorney said.
Attorney Joe Sibley said that his client was shocked at the fine, noting
that the price tag on the songs she downloaded was 99 cents. |
