俺做的是魁投，准备一家3口（孩子10岁）登陆蒙城后先购房，预算30W加币买个semi-detached house， 不知道这些钱够不够？
最重要的是不知道购房后，每月多少生活费可以维持生活（2年内夫妻二人都不需要打Labour工，另外准备买辆车）？ 还请各位帮忙给个意见。
目前本人只知道登陆后可以领牛奶金，其他的还有哪些是新移民可以领取的福利，也望各位给个意见。

200K to $400K, depending on the location, the conditions of the house. If
you spend $300K on the house, you should prepare at least $30K for the
handling fee, tax, furniture and other things.
If you don't have to pay mortgage for your house (and I don't think new
immigrants can get mortgage), $2000-$3000 should cover your expenses (assume
you don't spend much on fixing your house).
