IHG has already extended some free night certificates that were due to
expire on 12/31/21. Others still have free night certificates expiring 12/31
/21 and have been able to call in and request that the certificates either
be extended or get points in exchange for the free night certificates.
25,000 points per night: 1, 2, 3,
40,000 points per night: 1,
The number called was 1 (888) 211-9874. It also seems like the certificates
stay in the account and the points post as a goodwill gesture. Seems like 40
,000 points per night is an outlier so I wouldn’t expect that.

第一个接电话的客户说不能在延长或给点了，我要求和manager说话，她转过去后，经
理同意给我25K点数作为goodwill gesture.
