offer term下面没有发现那段著名的“Welcome offer not available to applicants
who have or have had this or previous versions of this Card. We may also
consider the number of American Express Cards you have opened and closed as
well as other factors in making a decision on your welcome offer eligibility
.”
谨慎起见，我又去dealsea的credit card项目中找到了同样的信用卡，点开R&F，在
offer term里上面这段话以黑体字形式赫然出现。
这就是可以再次收获奖励里程的target offer吧？
