如果你未曾持有过开卡，但是和 AmEx 关系不好（频繁开关卡，几乎没什么消费）依然
有可能被拒绝，如下：

前一段回国住酒店、吃饭都在猛刷Amex金卡啊，为啥还会弹窗？这里说刷卡就没事？
Colin LD 的 AmEx 卡过去一阵子没怎么刷过，申请AmEx EDP果断吃了弹窗(未曾持有，
弹窗形式2）无开卡奖励。于是Colin在LD的白金卡上刷了大概2000多刀，一个月后申请
AmEx Green（未曾持有) 果然没有弹窗，顺利拿到开卡奖励。
