说的是如果你用信用卡买了一个东西，月底把信用卡钱付了，回头跟商家有问题，比如
货没收到，按这个法庭判决，你就不能要求信用卡charge back了。
你再花的钱，跟这个没有关系了。
那两个案子比较奇特，加起来一百万，商家倒闭了，charge back等于两家银行自己出
一百万，才造成了这个官司，小钱的话应该就干了。但是现在有了这个案例，银行小钱
也可以不做charge back了。

before filing charge back
I think for regular credit card holders there is not much to worry about

I would imagine you would still book your vacation well in advance instead
of worrying the hotel or the airline goes belly up between now and then

the intriguing part is that Amex is actually the second largest creditor
because it obviously has approved the charge back filed by some card holders
. When did Amex stopped doing that?
