收到。

helped others to downgrade AT&T Access More to AT&T Access or Prestige/
Premier to Preferred many times (>10), always got full AF refund

also did AA to Dividend conversion, full AF refund the very next day even
though the whole conversion process took a month or two to be finalized
gave up long time ago on reasoning what are going on at Citi

maybe u got lucky or maybe u called to request the PC/downgrade before the
annual fee actually hit
no one knows exactly how citi's back end processing system actually works,
not even citi IT staff themselves, I guess

Citi PC actually goes much faster now than before, usually done in just a
couple of weeks
you'll have between one and two months to reverse it back
