这不是很好理解嘛：Within the given period, if you spend
Case 1: Lower than $400 spending, you get no extra
Case 2: Higher than $400 but lower than $2400, you get 1 extra pt per $1
spending AFTER the first $400 spending.
Case 3: Higher than $2400, you get no extra (your extra pt capped at 2000).
最理想情况就是你花$2400得到额外的2000点，但是这也就是extra 1%不到(1pt~1cent
对吧），加上default 2%，不过3%不到，这有什么特别的嘛？
