to avoid the monthly fee? The following is returned from Chase customer
service via secure message, but I am not sure if I log into my Capital
account, initiate a transfer from CapitalOne to Chase, is the transfer
treated as regular transfer or ACH? In other words, I don't know the
difference between ACH and regular transfer in this case.

as a regular bank to bank transfer only, we'll waive the
$12 Monthly Service Fee.
Direct deposits can be an ACH credit, payroll, pension or
