called China Southern to confirm it before flying. The rep said my ticket
started 057 and I should call AirFrance. I explained I was flying with China
Southern, not AirFrance, so I should call you to confirm my flight. She
still said I should contact AirFrance.
Then I called Airfrance.Everything is perferct and I was told that AirFrance
could only check if your ticket is issued or problems with your ticket and
I'd better confirm my flight with China Southern just in case there is a
time change or something.
My question is Should I call China Southern again? What if they say the same
thing again and again? WITH WHOM SHOULD I CONFIRM A REWARD TICKET FLIGHT?

你只和南航确认他们那边看到的没问题就行了。不要问这个票没问题之类的，因为这个
票是法航的，他们不敢保证，但是确认他们看到的没问题，南航可以做。
而且其实一般南航看到的没问题就没问题了。

I called China Southern again.In the beginning the rep said the same thing,
but I asked him if you can see it on his end. He said yes.
If you partner with other AirLines, why don't you make the confirmation
process smooth for customers?
Pray to God that my flight won't be overbooked, or I may be kicked out like
what happened to UA and China Eastern Airline (even with a ticket# issued)
because they wanna more cash paying passengers.
Have you experienced or heard the same thing happened to China Southern?

打头的号码，说是不能认这个057的号码。我后来坚持让她试试，结果一下就找到票了
，并且顺利分配座位。
这就是客服水平差，换个打，坚持用057号。
到机场直接出示护照，很顺利拿到登机牌。 |

取消你的机票（比如他们发现你是票贩子给别人卖票），执飞航司改签也得找出票航司
，出发前24小时，责任才会转到执飞航司头上。

partnership somehow, not that easy at least.
I didn't know you could request a seat for award ticket.
