It might have something to do with the exclusions. If incidental is eligible
, then likely MPX would trigger this offer. If airfare purchases only, then

登陆一看如下图
打电话询问，说是automatic system cannot verify information。aa客服说可以在电
话上order因为他们会跟银行打电话确认信息，不会再次出错。但是因为不知道aa和
amex沟通时候可能会说xxx再买GC，日后可能比较麻烦，而且已经有50的credit，这个
offer已经显示redeemed了，我就说我回头再打回来，接着就来求助了。
另外那个副卡的是最开始就根本charge不到卡上，也说是automatic system cannot
verify information，然后我在副卡账户里添加了电话才可以charge到了，但是不知道
会不会被refund。

the problem seems to be your AU card
I think you can call AA to order GC. it won't be a problem because the
credit will be issued automatically

这么说的话，我是要等着50的credit被收回后再打电话了，前提是au卡一切正常的话？
（难道是因为我是自己给自己gc所以触发了一些问题? 要是我给别人gc的话，将来这个

primary是9/18买的300 GC，9/20同时拿到了50 credit和300的refund，到现在为止（
已经两周多了）credit还没被收回。
因为近期会买机票，建不建议跟amex联系口头提出看看现在这个情况怎么处理？（让他
手动收回50，然后我再买机票）
因为按理说amex是一定会收回的，可能等系统自动收回时候已经过了10/31这个offer的
截止日期了，或者我没有买票的刚需了。
