说的是要%5.95用来receive a check。如果我先把钱都给ach出去，然后等账户没钱了
，再close，也不要他们的check了，是不是就不用交着5.95了啊？
账户里面saving checking都空了不会被罚款什么的吧？ |

发帖数: 1764 | 4 得不停转账保持activity，自动转账时不时还被discover给cancel掉导致莫名其妙的原
因被扣费，每年还要报税，如果250刀还可以，50刀不值得费那个神了
