As we highlight on our website, Earn is still a Beta program and
occasionally we will experience a few service issues. At this time, we have
completed our research on your issue and have identified that we are unable
to complete a bank statement credit for your redemption transaction due to
a service issue. While we are working to resolve the issue, it is unknown
when this will occur.
To ensure you receive the value of the Microsoft Earn program, we would like
to offer you a digital eVisa gift card in the amount of your missing
statement credit from your recent Earn redemption, which is xxx, The eVisa
gift card can be used for online purchases and for over-the-phone
transactions wherever Visa is accepted. Unless we hear from you otherwise
within the next three business days, we will email you the eVisa gift card
then, and will deduct the Earn Credits from your account. In appreciation
for your patience and for your understanding, we will also add 10% ($xxx) in
bonus Earn Credits to your Earn account based on the amount of Earn Credits
that were used for your Earn redemption.
As an alternative to the above offer, we will add 25% ($xxx) in bonus Earn
Credits to your Earn account, based on the amount of Earn Credits that
should’ve been redeemed, and not deduct any Earn Credits from your account.
We will be enabling many of the digital goods sold in the Microsoft
online stores in the upcoming weeks, and we will be letting everyone know
when this feature is available. In the interim, your Earn Credits can
continue to be used for purchases in the local Microsoft Stores, and for
products sold and download via the online Microsoft Store, not including
digital content, such as games, music, videos and apps.
As a reminder, if we don’t hear from you within three business days, we
will be sending you the eVisa card and issuing 10% in bonus Earn Credits to
your Earn account.
